Good Morning and Happy Presidents Day.
I can remember when we actually used to celebrate Washington's and Lincoln's birthdays as separate events. Kinda sad to see so many holidays lumped together and their importance shuffled off to Buffalo but guess that's the way things are moving ...
In any case I want to congratulate last week's winner. I'm waiting on her addy co can send out that box of goodies BUT I am ready to post my last gift to all.
I will be honest in stating that it was originally a gift to myself. 5 years ago Spellbinders was just getting off the ground. The forum I was one (Memory Makers Magazine) had some the very first users and raved about the product. Members were purchasing them and actually giving them names because they came out in colors. I purchased one from JoAnn, opened the box, labeled the plates and promptly became frustrated because my sandwiches wouldn't work. But before I could work out the kinks I packed it away, having never used once to cut or emboss, because had to take care of ill family members. I'd forgotten about it until recently and decided not to retack up a battle I'd lost with a machine that just didn't wish to be my friend.
So I would like to gift this to a reader. While the newer embossing/cutting machines have greatly improved they are still expensive. This one is should give a new user lots of pleasure as can be used with practically any die out there.
To get your name in the running, simply comment on this post. If you wish to like my Facebook page then you can get a second entry. It's that simple. While I've not had any restrictions on who could enter for this one I am requesting that only US residents participate because it will be a much higher postage rate to send it to you and to do so overseas might blow my pocketbook this go round.
In any case Good luck and THANK you for having made my 50th Birthday Month just a bit more special
